I tend to disagree .. a provider that does not care AT ALL is an infected area that spreads diseases. Until they clean up one has a better life without their worms. If OVH does not feel the pressure they will never act. When their users start complaining that they cannot send mail then they might act. If not their users may move to a professional ISP.
