I do not understand why you waste everyone's time by writing such
meaningless messages frequently.

If anyone is interested in Facts and Records, they can easily search for it,
especially about ICANN,
http://www.icann.org/en/about/.

The Abuse Working group must focus its attention on more fundamental matters
than squabbling about such trivial matters that you constantly bring up.
