[anti-abuse-wg] latest RIPE reply on privacy

Hi Russ,

If you think that the system is flawed (sorry, I don't agree with the
delusion that the ppl are fraud) than why not propose a policy to correct
the system. Its just a matter of couple of weeks work IFF you are correct.
