One can probably 'find complaints' about whichever matter in existence. 
Highly useful and widely used DNSBLs tend to draw particularly large amounts 
of irate complaints from people whose resources have been listed.

The bottom line is that mail server administrators use such DNSBLs as have 
proven to be valuable. If a list causes excessive false positives, e.g. due 
to bad management, dropping it is a simple matter of adding a comment 
delimiter to a configuration file.
