Whatevery you do to IPv4, it's a lost cause anyway - if you spend enough time and resources, you might make it last one or two years longer, and then it's *still* gone, and all you've achieved is "lots of extra resources burned". Get over it. We should have moved to IPv6 5 years ago, without the pressure of impending exhaustion. Less pain for everybody, and *far* less devices to touch.
