Hi. It would be great to allow transfers for blocks, received by means of merge and acquisition procedure of two or more different legal entities. The reason is next: one company joins another one, but it doesn't need the blocks of the joined company. Current policies disallow to transfer the blocks if the 24 month period didn't expire. The NCC can mark such blocks as m&a, ma or other and allow to transfer them.
