For the ones asking for more conservation: I know a bunch of LIRs who received a /29, as /29 currently does not need any justification. I also know that those LIR will never ever use more than a /48 or /40 ... so if we care that much about conservation now, I am sure that those few (we are currently talking about 10 Requests and about 45 currently allocated <= /28) requesters of larger V6-Space are nothing against the amount of /29 assignments which will never be used.
