Hi Aleksi, Thanks for your email, Can you please give me some example of developing countries that are "skipping IPv4 completely"? I think there are still good numbers that need to use IPv4 because of their developing stage. (no matter how hard community policies make it for them, when there is no IPv6 option they just can't use it). If we as the community are looking for additional distribution of last /8 (as suggested by Yuri), I think It would be better to consider their conditions too. Honestly? Most developing countries are skipping IPv4 completely or as much as possible. If Iran has really banned IPv6 they deserve to pay themselves sick for IPv4.
