Dear Address Policy WG, the review phase for 2012-10 has ended. Looking at the comments we got from the list in this phase, I counted 9 voices supporting the proposal, nobody objecting to it, and no side track discussions that hint at confusion about details. This is as strong supports as it gets (in addition to the overwhelming support in the discussion phase), so we think that we definitely have enough support to call consensus and move to Last Call. Emilio will do the formal announcement from the PDO later today or tomorrow. If you disagree with our interpretation of what has been said, and the conclusion we have drawn from it, please let us know.
