Presently there have been 16 transfers in the period of time of 
that compatible policy has been in place (approximately 1 year);
the blocks transferred range in size from /24 to /15, and are
listed on the transfer statistics page.

I am not asserting any relation between the ARIN/APNIC transfer 
rate to the desirability for IP transfers to those in the RIPE 
region, but provide the above information solely for a factual 
basis of the discussion since the question was raised.
