[address-policy-wg] 2008-07 Discussion Period extended until 1 July 2009 (Ensuring efficient use of historical IPv4 resources)

I support this proposal as it is. The obvious loophole would be that
historical space would be moved to a non-LIR entity but there's no way to
avoid that.
