I want to remind the readers that there is no evil conspiracy called
"RIPE", but that *you* are part of RIPE, as well as I am, and everybody
else in RIPE land.

Policy is made by community consensus - and if the community wants to 
be restrictive, those that do see a specific need are always welcome to
come forward and present their case.

Argueing that "someone else might want to do this!!!" even if nobody 
every showed up and said so isn't going to bring us forward (we had
this discussion already last time this policy was under discussion, and
nobody was able to present a case for working non-DNS wide-area anycast)
