Hi Colleagues,

Thank you for your attention during today's address policy
wg meeting.  We understand the presentation today was the
start of discussion for this proposal.  Any of your input,
including support, objection, suggestion, related deleberation,
feeling and so on would be really appreciated for us to 
craft it in better shape.
