go back to paying work.  if we need to give away large blocks to
get folk to even ask for something that they don't seem to actually
use anyway, then i think ipv6 has other issues that are a lot more
pressing.

in ipv4, we have fixed routing many times.  this is why the ivtf
politicians allowed v6 to be decided independent of routing.  they
really believe these other issues can be fixed as we go along.  as
we're not really going along, we really don't know how true this
is.
