I for one don't want to see the routers CPUs' screaming red when a 
random brazilian ISP experiences a fiber cut and I see 5,000 v6 
prefixes churning in most routers in the world because of that.

PI to end-users => lots of processing on routers when those sites, 
their ISPs, transits, ..., experience failures.
