[address-policy-wg] IPv6 Policy Clarification - Initial allocation criteria "d)"

If we have less but more productive meetings, more people will participate.
Moreover, most of the time is even cheaper traveling abroad than for
example within Europe ...  

And in any case, the people really interested, will do it anyway. More
concretely, the people (not just a few) that actually attend the several
RIRs meetings, will save some resources.
