Adiel and all, Have you put your proposal before the stakeholders/users in your region? If so is their a measured consensus. I know that until now, none of our members in your region have heard of your proposal. Thank you for providing in here and now though. I am sure our members will review it and determine if it is acceptable or offer an alternative.. Adiel A.
