[acm-tf] abuse-c: email vs. abuse-mailbox clarification

Hi Tobias

Just a suggestion, but I would use the word 'private' rather than 
'personal'. If something is thought of as personal we start to think 
data protection, filtering and access control with limits. In this 
context I think private also fits quite well with your definition.
