The personal data you submit through this form (i.e. full name, email address) will be collected, processed, and used by the RIPE NCC for the purpose of compiling a list of volunteers willing to participate in the RIPE NCC’s initiative to build a community of trusted translators across its service region. Your personal data will also be used by the RIPE NCC to contact you regarding your participation in this RIPE community-sourced translation project. If your application concerns a language for which we have already received sufficient applications or a language for which a translation is not needed, we will remove your application and delete your personal data from our records, since these will no longer be necessary for the purpose they were collected. In such a case, we will inform you accordingly.
You have the right to opt-out from being included in our list of volunteers at any time. If you no longer wish to be part of this list, you can inform us by contacting us at [email protected]. Upon receiving your request, we will remove your personal data from our records.
