Join us for a night of networking and relaxation after the first day of CAPIF 3 at Promzona, Bishkek's iconic nightlife venue. Doors open at 19:00, with dinner and entertainment starting at 20:00. Located at 16 Cholpon-Atinskaya Street, Promzona offers a distinctive industrial ambiance, perfect for unwinding with fellow attendees. Be sure to pick up your dinner ticket during registration—access is on a first-come, first-served basis. We look forward to seeing you there!

Getting There

Buses will pick you up from the CAPIF 3 meeting venue, Novotel City Center, at 19:00 and 19:15, with dinner starting at 20:00. You’re welcome to arrive directly at the venue from 19:00 onwards. Return buses will be available at 23:15 and 01:00. If you miss the bus, you can use the Yandex taxi app or another service. Bishkek residents can join the bus or arrange their own transport. The social event is 6-7 km away from the meeting venue, typically a 15-20 minute drive.

Wednesday, 25 September, 17:15 - 19:00 | Closing Reception

Join us for a casual closing reception at the meeting venue itself, the Novotel City Center Hotel once the official meeting program concludes. Enjoy complimentary drinks and canapés.
