Thesis using TTM data

Dear all,

I've added the Master's thesis by Raffaelo Litto

  "Study and Simulation of the Call Setup Delay in Internet Telephony by
   means of Large Scale Measurements"

from the University of Salerno, mentioned in last week's talk, to the TTM
website, see:

The original document is in Italian, however, Maurizio Patrignani was kind
enough to translate the introduction into English for us.
