FYI: Test Traffic project progress & Announcements

* Another 9 testboxes have been added recently to our measurement chain, 
  while we are working on the installation of 8 more boxes.

* You can check the graphs and plots we build with the 
  login/pass: ttraffic/delays at this URL: http://www.ripe.net/test-traffic/Plots/

* Whenever the test-box is collecting data, you can spy on the data,
  assuming that access has been enabled, with the command:

         telnet <testbox> 9142

  If you want to access the raw data after in has been recorded, please 
  contact us.

* The contact person for the test-box has been subscribed to the (closed)
  mailing list tt-host at ripe.net.   If you want to subscribe additional
  people, contact us at tt-ops at ripe.net.  It's fine with us if you want
  so subscribe an internal mailling list to tt-host at ripe.net.

* Contact us at tt-ops at ripe.net for any information/question you may have.
  tt-ops at ripe.net is read by several people and this reduces the
  turn-around time for your message.  The ticketing system behind
  tt-ops at ripe.net also makes it easier for us to keep track of your 
  queries.

* We are working now on products and visualization (incl. easier presentations 
  pages) of the results for the test-traffic project.  This will include
  a list and/or map showing where the test-boxes are located. Details will
  be announced on the tt-host mailing list as they become available.
