Yes, this is about the RIPE-NCC Test-Traffic measurement box (or
test-box). Paul Thornton started installation, then left and handed it
over to Maurizio, Maurizio started to work on it but I didn't hear from
him for a while, which is why I sent a reminder.

Basically the problem is this (but before digging into this, you might
want to check if Maurizio has dumped this on somebody @linx):

The box (ripe-tt.linx.net) will be used to measure delays in the Internet. 
It has a GPS antenna in order to sync it's internal clock.  The antenna
has to see some fraction of the sky.  Paul thought of a suitable spot for
the antenna, but in practice, it wasn't.  

I then agreed with Maurizio:

The box seems to be working as it should but the antenna location is
really bad.  It sees some satellites but the signals are noisy and weak,
and definitely not strong enough for the receiver to realize that it has
been moved from Amsterdam to London.  If you think that you have a better
spot for the antenna, please try to put it there.

To get the ball rolling again, who, if anybody, @linx is working on this?
