Disk crash at the NCC

Dear All,

We suffered from a disk-crash at the NCC over the weekend and are
currently working to restore things.

While this does not directly affect the operation of the test-boxes, it
does mean that the jobs that generate the daily plots cannot be run the
moment.  So, on http://www.ripe.net/test-traffic/Plots, you'll see data
that is a couple of days old.   Sorry about that,
