Problems with PL ccTLD's administrator

Again, a domain name, be it .pl or whatever else is noone's property.

However I see a problem there if you have registered a domain with them,
and then they delegated the same domain to someone else.
If you have evidence of this, and they refuse to solve the problem
to your satisfaction, I think you should complain to RIPE NCC,
(or is CENTR operational yet ?)
