[see-regional] SEE Fellowship

Dear all,

Some exciting news to share - the RIPE NCC has launched an SEE 
Fellowship. Anyone from South East Europe can apply to receive funding 
for their travel and accommodation to SEE 9 in Ljubljana. Take advantage 
of this opportunity and let your colleagues know.

RIPE 80 meeting in Berlin:
