URGENT: Bug fixes in the RIPE database distribution

Selina, my non-authoritative opinion is that this is due to 192.5.4.0/23
being the most specific classless default route in the MCI registry,
whereas 192.5.5.0/24 is the most specific classless default route in
the RADB.

% fgrep 192.5.5.0 d-mci/mci.db d-radb/radb.db
d-radb/radb.db:*rt: 192.5.5.0/24

% fgrep 192.5.4.0 d-mci/mci.db d-radb/radb.db
d-mci/mci.db:*rt: 192.5.4.0/23
d-radb/radb.db:*rt: 192.5.4.0/23

Whether the software should do this is another question.  I'm sure
the rr-impl community will correct my ignorance.
