Hi, These two are really same record,i.e. same IP address with the same ASorigin. They should not be co-exist in the same DB. I think the problem is that the software allows 198.022.064.0/24 and treats it as different IP address, 198.22.64.0/24 ~= 198.022.064.0/24. I think the software should either not allow such ip address (198.022.064.._) or convert it to 198.22.64/24. We can avoid the problem. By the way, there are at least 5 route object has this case. It make it difficult for us to generate RS configuration which is how I discover this. --jessica cannes.merit.edu(49): whois -h radb.ra.net 198.22.64.0 route: 198.22.64.0/24 descr: Lodden Technology, Ltd. descr: 5850 Dixie Hwy descr: Clarkston descr: MI 48346, USA origin: AS4200 comm-list: COMM_NSFNET advisory: AS690 mnt-by: MAINT-AS4200 changed: nsfnet-admin at merit.edu 950406 source: RADB route: 198.022.064.0/24 descr: NET-LODDEN-FV3 origin: AS4200 advisory: AS690 1:4200(147) 2:4200(218) 3:4200(187) 4:4200(11) 5:4200(173) mnt-by: MAINT-AS4200 changed: phil at agis.net 950403 source: RADB -------- Logged at Fri May 26 11:20:34 MET DST 1995 ---------
