AS 690 aut-num progress (LONG!!!)

I don't have the exact figures but there are many routes that are covered 
by an aggregate and either not announced to AS 690 at all or  announced
along with the aggregate.  We will try to remove these specific networks
from AS 690 config files during the next couple of weeks.
