pride tools for Ripe-181

Hi Marten,

We hired a graduate student research assistant. I am going to ask him
to port pride tools to Ripe-181 unless of course someone else already
started working on this. 

His name is Kumar Munnangi <Munnangi at isi.edu>. If he asks questions
about this, please do not be surprised.
