Directory of IRR Databases

FYI & Correction:

  At Cathy Wittbrodt's request, I compiled the following and added it to
our file ftp.ra.net:pub/radb/OVERVIEW .  Any corrections?  Comments?
Comments on how we ought to handle this kind of IRR coordination?
