RtConfig-R-2.0 is released

Hi,

A new version of RtConfig is available as
ftp://ftp.ra.net/routing.arbiter/tools/RAToolSet/RtConfig-R-2.0.tar.gz.  It
requires g++ 2.6.3 to compile. A Sun Sparc executable is also provided
in the same directory.

RtConfig is a tool which creates gated configurations from Ripe-181.
This version support limited AS path expressions of the form <AS# .*>
which are often used when exporting routes.  The next version will
have full AS-path support. I am also hoping to include cisco support
in the next release.

Bug reports/fixes and suggestions are welcome as usual.
