RIPE-181 code release

Marten,

  We're trying to schedule when we should pick up your release of the
Registry Code and upgrade our system to use that as a base.  Can you
give us any guidance?  Is an actual release pending?  (I know you've
had Rick looking at your development copy for a week or two).  Is
much likely to change in the near future?  (e.g. before Oct 15?  Nov 1?)
