Promoting the GRR at IETF

Hi Dale,
	1- Can you add me to this mailing list?
	2- The Gated people have asked for a rundown on the RS and the GRR.
	3- I received two additional requests, one from some IEPG folks
	   and one from the NAP folks for run-downs on the RS and GRR status
	   and some high-level implementation details.

That would be for the Saturday and Sunday before IETF (gated & iepg)
and then on tuesday.
