We tried running a context diff on the RIPE database once (to be used
with patch) and it took over 6 hours to complete (the diff). Not very
useful I think. There's got to be better ways.

 * I presume this is a bit lower priority than getting the basic systems up,
 * though, since compressed ftp will work in the mean time.
