RIPE RR software fixes

Someone has found a bug where if multiple route objects for the same
prefix exist (with different origins) and one of them is deleted, all
references in the index to this specific prefix are deleted (so it
appears all are deleted, but they are not, just missing from the
index). The fix is in modules cldb.pl and dbadd.pl. I will post
modules as a whole (rather than patches) just to make sure everyone
has got the same versions of these two. They will be sent in seperate
mails.
