MCI RR data available daily from ftp.mci.net

Ok;  The Routing Arbiter's pre-production database server is now serving
up the following databases:

	RADB (formerly "MERITRR")
	RIPE
	CANET
	MCI
	PRDB.db

The whois server can be found on _radb.ra.net (note the underscore).
Just after new year we will make this the official radb.ra.net .
