RtConfig beta release available

We are happy to announce that RtConfig is available in
	ftp.ra.net:pub/tools/RAToolSet/RtConfig-R0.1.tar.gz
for beta use.

g++ is needed to install RtConfig.  If you do not have g++, we provide
statically linked sparc executables in the same directory.

This distribution includes our policy evaluator as a subcomponent.

We appreciate any feedback, bug reports/fixes, suggestions and
improvements.
