Okay, as you may have already seen by now I have mailed out the
revised version. I have done my best to put everything in as is. This
was a little difficult from here as I had to do this through my P.C.
However, I think it is all there. Thanks for the changes. Let's hope
Jean Michel can make the decision on the ordering and we are done. 
I will make the order changes and update the TOC as soon as I get back
from vacation.
