Don't know about Peter (he does not work for EBONE any more) but
someone won't be. The database will never be any good if people really
want to screw things up. I can think of a hundred ways to make the
database totally useless. The point is that we have to make the
assumption that people send in sensible data. The moment someone sends
this in, we remove them, and give the person who send it in a VERY
hard time.

If maxhits would be too low, we simply increase it.
