Since I am reading my mail in reverse order, perhaps this won't make sense, but what the heck.... Dale, There was a discussion with Scott Williamson, Mark, Kosters, Tony Bates, Marten T, Bill Manning, Jon Postel, you, and me which discussed this point. It was my understanding that ScottW and MarkK agreed with the routing registry folks that address allocation/assignment registries and routing registries are different animals.
