[rpki-deployathon] Orga Meeting 23.1. @ RIPE NCC (11am)

Hi all,

here are some open points that are on the "agenda":

Updates:
	- # of applicants
	- marketing material
	- social venues
	- other?

Registration:

    - our legal team : (do we need) different T&C?  (Privacy and
Confidentiality terms)

    - Vesna: can we add CoC *now* - or at least before we get everyone
to confirm their attendance?

    - Vesna: shall we extend the deadline?

    - Nathalie: other NCC staff? (Vesna's question: someone from TS?
Alvaro??)

	- can we ask them to fill in the form...
	- AND we too! to keep track of everyone in the same place...


Jury / Selection committee:

    - detailed timeline around announcing accepted applicants

    Choosing people
    - deciding who are the "speakers" and "facilitators"
   - selecting "participants" / agreements on "rating" people!

Technically, we can use the "rating" menu in the application form!
I can do the "demo" at the meeting tomorrow...

Content:

	- Can we already assign speaker spots & make a schedule?

   	- the material we need for the hands-on part - who's going to
develop it?

Future:

    - Vesna wants to know: next events - I'd like a confirmation by 6.
March, so we can announce it...

	- and so that we can coordinate it with NLNetLabs...
