We have had too many applications and we had to say "no" to many people
who _did_ register before the deadline - so we can not accept more people.

I am happy that you are interested, and since we had so much interest we
are planning to have more such events -- in fact, we wish other local
communities would invite us to do it with them! How about SwiNOG?
