[routing-wg] BGP Best Path data from different RIS

As I see it, RRCs collect best path views from each of its peers. (TBH, I
didn't check if BGP sessions from RRC to its peers are multipath enabled,
but a quick check on several data points showed only one as path per peer).
So all entries that you receive with that RIPEstat resource query are best
paths. Just that they are best paths for the RRC's peer ASN in that
location.

You shouldn't care what would be the RRC's best path algorithm result since
it is not forwarding and no customers behind it's ASN.
