While of course we - as proposers - are not happy about the outcome, we
are not going to appeal nor send a new proposal, as the general feeling
is that there is no interest.  We have tried with two different
approaches and it didn't work out, so it's better to focus on something
else.

If you want to go on and make a similar, new proposal, feel free to do so.
