I trust all of you already know about RACI, the RIPE Academic Cooperation 
Initiative. This email is to let you know we've opened the next round of 
applications. Please help me spread this message far and wide. Successful 
applicants will receive complimentary tickets, travel and accommodation to the 
meetings. If you know any academics with interesting research, please
