I guess at least all those connected to (and/or managing) an IXP should be concerned. It reminds me an old software (built up by Tony Bates when he was working at the NCC -long ago ...) allowing to "trace" for a given ASN within the DB. Then you could check how it matches with the real routing life ... useful to know how "accurate this information is" as you said, isn't it ?
