[routing-wg]aggregation recommendations document (update)

Hi everyone,

If you recall, during the last RIPE meeting I presented a short summary
of the route aggregation recommendations document which I have been
working on with Rob Evans and Mike Hughes over the last few months.

We have had a few excellent comments following the presentation at the
RIPE meeting (and at NANOG the following week), but since then no more
feedback.

All comments have been included in the current draft at
ftp://ftp-eng.cisco.com/pfs/aggregation-draft5.txt.

If there are no further comments I'll ask the Routing WG chairs to
request that this be published as a RIPE document.
