Hello, I've some trouble using bgpdump v. 1.4.99.13 on Ubuntu 9.10 on http://archive.routeviews.org/bgpdata/2010.12/UPDATES/updates.20101201.1900.bz2 While ./bgpdump -m /tmp/updates.20101201.1900.bz2 > /tmp/out is running fine on Mac OS 10.6, it crashes on Ubuntu 9.10... Do you know what's going wrong here? Thanks in advance, Jan bgpdump -m /tmp/updates.20101201.1900.bz2 > /tmp/updates.20101201.1900.txt 2011-01-03 14:07:49 [info] logging to syslog *** glibc detected *** bgpdump: free(): invalid pointer: 0x09ba6560 *** ======= Backtrace: ========= /lib/tls/i686/cmov/libc.so.6[0xb76160d1] /lib/tls/i686/cmov/libc.so.6[0xb76177d2] /lib/tls/i686/cmov/libc.so.6(cfree+0x6d)[0xb761a8ad] bgpdump[0x8050aa6] bgpdump[0x804b39d] /lib/tls/i686/cmov/libc.so.6(__libc_start_main+0xe6)[0xb75c1b56] bgpdump[0x8049271] ======= Memory map: ======== 08048000-08056000 r-xp 00000000 08:01 4040 /usr/bin/bgpdump 08056000-08057000 r--p 0000d000 08:01 4040 /usr/bin/bgpdump 08057000-08058000 rw-p 0000e000 08:01 4040 /usr/bin/bgpdump 09b8b000-09bbd000 rw-p 00000000 00:00 0 [heap] b7100000-b7121000 rw-p 00000000 00:00 0 b7121000-b7200000 ---p 00000000 00:00 0 b7203000-b721f000 r-xp 00000000 08:01 26248 /lib/libgcc_s.so.1 b721f000-b7220000 r--p 0001b000 08:01 26248 /lib/libgcc_s.so.1 b7220000-b7221000 rw-p 0001c000 08:01 26248 /lib/libgcc_s.so.1 b723b000-b75ab000 rw-p 00000000 00:00 0 b75ab000-b76e9000 r-xp 00000000 08:01 7951 /lib/tls/i686/cmov/libc-2.10.1.so b76e9000-b76ea000 ---p 0013e000 08:01 7951 /lib/tls/i686/cmov/libc-2.10.1.so b76ea000-b76ec000 r--p 0013e000 08:01 7951 /lib/tls/i686/cmov/libc-2.10.1.so b76ec000-b76ed000 rw-p 00140000 08:01 7951 /lib/tls/i686/cmov/libc-2.10.1.so b76ed000-b76f1000 rw-p 00000000 00:00 0 b76f1000-b7705000 r-xp 00000000 08:01 1231 /lib/libz.so.1.2.3.3 b7705000-b7706000 r--p 00013000 08:01 1231 /lib/libz.so.1.2.3.3 b7706000-b7707000 rw-p 00014000 08:01 1231 /lib/libz.so.1.2.3.3 b7707000-b7717000 r-xp 00000000 08:01 30 /lib/libbz2.so.1.0.4 b7717000-b7718000 r--p 0000f000 08:01 30 /lib/libbz2.so.1.0.4 b7718000-b7719000 rw-p 00010000 08:01 30 /lib/libbz2.so.1.0.4 b7732000-b7735000 rw-p 00000000 00:00 0 b7735000-b7736000 r-xp 00000000 00:00 0 [vdso] b7736000-b7751000 r-xp 00000000 08:01 129174 /lib/ld-2.10.1.so b7751000-b7752000 r--p 0001a000 08:01 129174 /lib/ld-2.10.1.so b7752000-b7753000 rw-p 0001b000 08:01 129174 /lib/ld-2.10.1.so bfd0b000-bfd20000 rw-p 00000000 00:00 0 [stack] Aborted
