Hi Guys, When you get xrtt, please first resize window, make it bigger. Then you will see window is divided two half. First one has the list of tickets, each ticket might have more than one e-mail, and the second half has the list of e-mails that are related to ticket you choose at first half. If you try to see the ticket (double left click), you get the error message James sent. If you like to see e-mail related your ticket you should go to second part and do double left click on the message. Also in this part you should see all the replies which is related with this ticket. If you like answer one of those tickets, please first own the ticket by Ticket Data section and then go an reply. Arife > > > it does not work? It looks, it works for me.
